Roasting - Standing regally at the far end of the shop is our Probat roasting machine. This enables us to control your coffee experience with presicion by carefully roasting the beans for the flavour we think makes the best coffee. 

 

Grinding & brewing - Once ground, which is done freshly for each cup of coffee, we have four available methods to make coffee. Most commonly is the espresso extraction method, which is the bases of the latte, cortado, cappucino & americano.

 

But at Coopers will can also filter coffee for you using three different methods & each one provides a very different cup of coffee. These methods are Aeropress, V60 or Chemex, chat to our baristas & have a taste!

 

Latte art - The final skill of the baristas at Coopers is to finish your coffee with some latte art. Now they take this very seriously & there is some healthy competition between them.

 

Now the perfect cup takes time, attention & passion, but providing our customers with the best coffee we can make is fundemental to our existance, we can only get better at it.
