Coopers HQ showcases some of the best arabica coffee about from across the world. Dedication to roasting and brewing through passion and desire to learn more we aim to extract the best from each coffee and its unique flavours. Each bean has a different flavour and complexity we want to bring to each experience and make accessible to everyone interested in a quality cup of coffee. Care and consideration is taken with each cup from sourcing and its sustainability to how it tastes in the cup and make it accessible for everyone to enjoy.
Sustainability is so important and we are so much more aware. Ther is still a long way to go but businesses great businesses are paving the way, becoming more transparent and doing more to help from start of the supply. We work with green coffee suppliers that visit the farms and work closely with the farmers and local community. Various schemes are popping up. It starts with making sure farmers get a fair price. They can then produce better quality through improved technology and processes as well as their quality of life.
Additionally schemes are being created that adding to local communities. One prime example, is though the Ethiopian coffee that we purchase from Falcon coffees, a percentage of profits goes toward the Girls Gotta Run Foundation.

Coopers was born with a desire to showcase great quality coffee, in a creative space that makes people feel welcome, whether alone or in a group. We are open to chat and teach about coffee or answer any questions about the delicious menu. Though sometimes those with expert knowledge may need tracking down before getting into details :)

Coopers Trading Company was founded in 2013 as the vehicle for the joint vision of
co-founders Adrian Thomas & James Patch to create a number of different & eclectic spaces in the Buckinghamshire area where people could enjoy the very best coffee, food & wine.
We are a small independently owned company & our style incorporates our core values including supporting sustainable, ethical & including, where possible, local farmers & suppliers with outstanding produce. Our bar is part of our passion & we strive to source unusual producers of artisanal wine, beer & liquors, including UK producers, who have a story to tell. Our passion for the unusual & innovative is part of the Coopers brand.
